HR Generalist

We are in search of a talented and motivated HR Generalist to join our team.

You will be an active business partner working with the HR team to provide leadership and human resources support in areas such as talent management, recruitment, organizational development, culture effectiveness, employee communication, benefits and training.  This role will contribute to create programs and processes that will build upon our team focused culture. 

For this role you will:

  • Provide full cycle recruitment management and develop and implement our recruitment and employment branding strategy
  • Design new programs and re-evaluate current programs to add to our team focused culture
  • Administer our benefits program
  • Work alongside our finance team to manage our payroll administration
  • Administer our compensation and performance evaluation program
  • Support our performance management and development programs/initiatives
  • Support our team members and managers for all HR matters including onboarding new hires, providing training and development programs
  • Provide administration support for all areas of HR

Key Talents:

  • Minimum 2 years of generalist human resources experience and/or have worked in a full cycle recruitment capacity
  • Post secondary education in Human Resource Management
  • Knowledgeable in BC employment regulations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Engaging and energetic communication style
  • Strong ability to handle confidential situations and information
  • Experience working in a tech environment would be an asset
